WildFit gave me the power to control my eating patterns and improve my health and longevity.
My name is Debbie Sanichar and I wanted to share some of my experiences, challenges and accomplishments while on the WildFit 90 Day Challenge. At first, I was nervous, anxious, not sure what to expect. Certainly not a believer, but of course with the help of my coaches, Eric’s videos, team players and family members I was able to become more grounded and was ready for the challenges ahead. As I started this journey, there were some favorite unhealthy, but quick go to foods and drinks which were quick fixes to my hunger and thirst, just to name a few, coke, scones and bagels. I can confidently and proudly say that, it is no more and I’ve learned to be in control of these unhealthy situations. My energy levels have certainly increased and I’m able to do a lot more. I am in control. I sleep much better at night, after a long day at work. I am able to manage my sugar levels better and one day be free from diabetes. On this journey I have lost a total of 12 pounds, 22 inches and I feel much better in my clothes. I am empowered and able to challenge my decisions in making healthy choices and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. WildFit has changed my relationship with food and has been a life changing experience for me.
